Hi, I’m Vicky, a Registered Psychologist at Mind Health Collective. After two years of provisional training with the team, I’m now working with clients as a fully registered psychologist.
I have a strong interest in helping people feel supported, seen, and empowered through therapy. I work with a wide range of mental health concerns and aim to bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to each session.
Therapeutic Focus
I support adolescents and adults with concerns such as:
-
Women’s mental health, including reproductive transitions, identity changes, and emotional wellbeing
-
Neurodiversity, including support for ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
-
Anxiety and mood disorders, including generalised anxiety and depression
-
Stress and burnout, including school, university, and workplace challenges
-
Cognitive testing and assessment for attentional, learning, and executive functioning issues
-
Self-esteem and identity-related difficulties
I value working alongside families, schools, and other allied health professionals to ensure care is collaborative and holistic.
Therapeutic Approach
I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and respectful. I tailor therapy to suit each client’s needs and what feels most helpful to them.
My approach draws on:
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
-
Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
My approach is also neurodiversity-affirming. I value and support different ways of thinking, learning, and relating to the world.
Booking Options
I offer sessions in person and via telehealth, supporting clients across Sydney and beyond.
More About Me
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, hiking, swimming, and spending time with friends, family, and my dog, Lola.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey towards greater wellbeing.
